The one thing we are always happy to see during a difficult year is Black love- and Nicolette Robinson and Leslie Odom, Jr. are giving us just that! The beautiful couple and former stars of Hamilton and Waitress announce on their Instagram in early November that they are expecting a baby boy in March 2021!
According to Playbill, the couple met during a production of Once on this Island where Odom assistant directed alongside Billy Porter. They married in 2012 and welcomed their daughter Lucille Ruby in 2017.

Robinson made her Broadway debut in Waitress and made history as the first woman of color to perform in the role of Jenna. Odom rose to fame for his performance as Aaron Burr in Hamilton which earned him a Tony Award in 2016.
Additionally, the couple has recently appeared in the Freeform mini-series Love in the Time of Corona. Leslie has also recently released his latest holiday album titled The Christmas Album.
