Cast Of Broadway’s Les Miserables Auditions For Hamilton The Musical

It’s a Hamilton kind of day. Since the new hip hop musical will start previews today at the Richard Rogers theatre everyone is offering up their congrats. Including the cast of Les Miserables on Broadway, which happens to be right behind the Richard Rogers at the Imperial Theater. So, to welcome the next big hit to Broadway the cast of Les Miserables puts together quite an amazing welcome/audition video, because who wouldn’t want to be in Hamilton, too! We know we would.

The cast can be seen spitting their best rhymes backstage of their show while in costumes that actually might work quite nicely for a Hamilton crossover. Among them are some Broadway Black favorites like Wallace Smith (Rocky, Hair, Godspell) Arbender Robinson (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical, Ragtime, Hair) Brennyn Lark (Broadway debut), & Kyle Jean-Baptiste (Broadway debut) who spit a few bars on the end.  You just have to check it out for yourself below. You’re sure to be laughing before it’s over.
