If you weren’t able to make it down to the Public Theatre to see the uber talent that is Leslie Odom Jr. in Lin-Miranda‘s latest musical, Hamilton-– no worries it’s coming to Broadway this summer. (You’ve been given another shot).
The team behind the Hamilton machine has put together a parody video of a classic 1993 Got Milk? ad that put the famous phrase on the map. In the original commercial—directed by Michael Bay— a radio-listener who is a history fanatic, has his mouth stuffed with peanut butter and couldn’t articulate the answer to an on-air contest question: Who shot Alexander Hamilton? With no milk to wash down the peanut butter, he missed out on winning $10,000.
