Walker International Communications Group (WICG)Broadway Black proudly announce the celebration of The BLACKOUT Party on Sunday, June 12, 2016, from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at the landmark Broadway Times Square Row NYC Hotel. The nominations in 24 competitive categories for the American Theatre Wing’s 70th Annual Tony Awards® were announced on Tuesday, May 3, 2016, by Tony Award-winning actress Nikki M. James and Tony Award-nominee Andrew Rannells.

The BLACKOUT Party, where Broadway Meets Black Culture, highlights and celebrates the achievements of Black Broadway artists over the 2015-2016 season. With over seven decades dedicated to recognizing the best talent on Broadway, Black performers, production crews and creative staff have a loyal and engaged following that respect and admire their talent and voice.
